PRODUCTION DEVELOPMENT
We have a sophisticated design studio with an experienced team of designers capable of handling various kinds of design techniques, keeping in mind the requirement of various buyers. We have a state of the art sample manufacturing capability.
RAW MATERIAL PROCUREMENT
The quality of the product is determined by various factors including the sourcing of the raw material. Seer Global procures raw material from well-known and trusted vendors.
All the Raw material goes through various checks before proceeding to bulk.
CUTTING
The company has the most advanced cutting machines including Band Knife Machine and Fusing Machines. The cutting process is significant as the precision and fitting of the garment relies on it. With the use of latest CAD systems and Computerized Pattern making machines, the company intends to achieve perfection in every garment being manufactured.
SEWING
Seer Global has installed high power sewing machines that are operated by a highly experienced and skilled workforce. This process is crucial for adding a proper fit and design consistency in a garment and it is executed with stringent quality assurance and precision.
EMBROIDERY
Seer Global prides an expertise in embroidery such as Hand Embroidery, Computer Embroidery, computer sequence attachment, printing, etc
WASHING
Washing of the garments takes place at in-house wet processing facility. The company has installed high-end automatically washing machines for the process, along with in-house facilities to handle special washes such as Acid wash, PP Spray, Cold Pigment washes, Tie Dyes and Garment Dyeing within the specialized facilities.
QUALITY CHECK
The inspection department at Seer Global, checks each and every garment with painstaking fine detail. The stringent quality checks ensures that we meet all the testing parameters of the customer prior to the garments leaving the facility.
FINISHING AND PACKING
All garments go through the process of thread cutting, checking and ironing process. Garments are then labelled and packed as per the buyer requirements.
